Terms and conditions for the collection and use of personal information

What information is collected

When you register your interest we collect and store your contact details (name, job title, affiliation, and e-mail). You are also asked to indicate your preferences (three IAL8 sessions that are most of interest to you as well as your intention to present a poster or a talk).

How we use your personal information

Your contact details allow us to keep you posted on developments and changes in plans for the IAL8, and upcoming events.

Information on your preferences (sessions, talk, poster or neither) will help us to develop the programme for the IAL8. These data are used in non-personally identifiable way.

Privacy policy

Your personal information is not given to a third-party. We have implemented measures in an effort to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information in our custody and control. The data files containing your contact details and information on your preferences will be permanently erased by the end of the year 2016.
